Frontier Spirit. Modern Method.
Our Mission
The great accelerators in the world have proved that concentrated mentorship, peer community, and capital access can compress years of progress into weeks. Vail Preneur brings that model to the Rocky Mountains — with the added conviction that where you build matters as much as how you build.
The Vail Valley is more than a world-class destination. It is a community of ambitious, resourceful people who understand hard work, long winters, and the rewards of going higher. We believe it is the ideal crucible for building enduring companies.
Vail Preneur was founded to connect that entrepreneurial energy with the capital, expertise, and structure it deserves.
"The mountains teach you that preparation, persistence, and the right partners make the summit possible. We bring all three."
The Team
Our team brings together decades of entrepreneurial, investment, and operational experience — all with deep ties to the Vail Valley and a shared belief in what can be built here.

A veteran of the U.S. Army, John has worked with numerous research universities and national laboratories in the U.S. and U.K. He and his wife live in the mountains of Colorado, and on Lake Erie in Ohio.
Entrepreneur Jennifer Coulson grew up in Kansas City and graduated from SMU. As a Vail Valley Realtor, she works with Buyers, Sellers, and Dreamers. Helping a Valley local television station led to hosting and producing a daily show for 15 years.
Jennifer annually receives recognition for her service to the Salvation Army, Vail Board of Realtors Foundation, Mountain Youth, Bright Future Foundation, Vail Veterans Program, several local schools, Metro Boards, Girl Scouts, Colorado International Scholarship Pageant, and the Vail Valley Academy of Dance. Opportunities for Those Who Care About More Than Capital
Vail Preneur Vetted · Ready for Investment
Every entrepreneur in this portal has completed the Vail Preneur program. They have been tested, mentored, and refined. Their business models have been validated. Their pitches have been sharpened. They are ready.
Each opportunity carries a specific investment amount and pre-determined terms. We do not negotiate on behalf of passive capital. We curate investors who share the entrepreneur's conviction — people who will help the business succeed, not simply fund it.
Your Access
Each card below presents a business summary — the entrepreneur, the problem they are solving, the sector, and the investment requirement. Read them carefully before requesting detailed access.
If a business resonates with your passions and investment capacity, request the full information package — financials, business plan, cap table, terms, and founder background — directly from the card.
We facilitate the introduction between investor and entrepreneur. All communications are coordinated through Vail Preneur to ensure the fit is right for both parties before any direct engagement.
Current Opportunities
The following businesses have completed the Vail Preneur program and are actively seeking investment partners. Each listing shows a brief summary only — full details are available upon request.
This card is a placeholder. When an entrepreneur completes the Vail Preneur program and is ready for investment, their business summary, founder story, and economic or societal mission will appear here.
Full financials, business plan, and terms available to qualified aligned investors.
A Word on Alignment
Vail Preneur does not match entrepreneurs with the highest bidder or the most experienced fund. We match them with investors who are genuinely moved by the problem being solved — investors who will pick up the phone, open a door, and stand behind the founder when it gets hard.
If that describes you, we are glad you are here. If you are still weighing options and comparing returns, we respectfully ask that you return when you find a mission that calls to you.

Membership
Foundline Club members are not passive investors. They are deeply integrated into the Vail Preneur ecosystem — present in the room when hard decisions get made, available to founders when the path gets uncertain, and personally invested in the long-term fabric of this valley.
Membership is extended by Vail Preneur leadership to individuals who have demonstrated sustained commitment to the program, its founders, and the broader Vail Valley entrepreneurial community.
What the Club Stands For
"The Foundline Club is where Vail Preneur's most committed partners gather — not to watch from the sidelines, but to help carry the weight. If you are in this club, you earned your seat."
