ABOUT
VAIL PRENEUR

Frontier Spirit. Modern Method.

Our Mission

Why Vail Preneur Exists

The great accelerators in the world have proved that concentrated mentorship, peer community, and capital access can compress years of progress into weeks. Vail Preneur brings that model to the Rocky Mountains — with the added conviction that where you build matters as much as how you build.

The Vail Valley is more than a world-class destination. It is a community of ambitious, resourceful people who understand hard work, long winters, and the rewards of going higher. We believe it is the ideal crucible for building enduring companies.

Vail Preneur was founded to connect that entrepreneurial energy with the capital, expertise, and structure it deserves.

"The mountains teach you that preparation, persistence, and the right partners make the summit possible. We bring all three."

Our Approach
  • Rigorous selection of entrepreneurs committed to the valley
  • Hands-on mentorship tailored to your needs
  • Equity stake and program fee — we win when you win
  • Curated investor events matched to your specific market
  • Lifelong alumni network and community access

The Team

The People Behind the Program

A Word on Alignment

We Are Not a
Marketplace

Vail Preneur does not match entrepreneurs with the highest bidder or the most experienced fund. We match them with investors who are genuinely moved by the problem being solved — investors who will pick up the phone, open a door, and stand behind the founder when it gets hard.

If that describes you, we are glad you are here. If you are still weighing options and comparing returns, we respectfully ask that you return when you find a mission that calls to you.

FOUNDLINE
CLUB

The Inner Circle of Vail Preneur

By Invitation Only

The Foundline Club is the private council of Mentor-Investors who stand at the heart of everything Vail Preneur builds. Membership is not applied for — it is earned.

The Mission

A Council Built
on Conviction

The Foundline Club exists because the best outcomes for Vail Valley founders don't come from a single check — they come from a circle of aligned, experienced people who have skin in the game and roots in the community.

Members are Mentor-Investors formally associated with Vail Preneur — operators, founders, and capital allocators who have committed not just dollars but time, expertise, and their own reputation to the entrepreneurs we back.

Membership

Who Is a Foundline Member

Foundline Club members are not passive investors. They are deeply integrated into the Vail Preneur ecosystem — present in the room when hard decisions get made, available to founders when the path gets uncertain, and personally invested in the long-term fabric of this valley.

Membership is extended by Vail Preneur leadership to individuals who have demonstrated sustained commitment to the program, its founders, and the broader Vail Valley entrepreneurial community.

  • Formally affiliated with Vail Preneur as a Mentor-Investor
  • Active participant in cohort mentorship and portfolio support
  • Committed capital alongside committed counsel
  • Deep professional experience in their domain
  • Genuine ties to the Vail Valley — past, present, or future
  • Aligned with the mission, not just the returns

What the Club Stands For

Three Pillars of the Foundline

I
Access & Proximity
Foundline members sit closest to the deal flow, the founders, and the decisions. They receive first look at every investment opportunity that comes through Vail Preneur's portfolio — before any public or broader investor communication.
II
Counsel & Presence
Members show up. Quarterly gatherings, annual retreats, and ongoing advising sessions bring the Club together with founders and Vail Preneur leadership. Presence is an expectation, not an option.
III
Legacy & Community
The Foundline is building something generational in the Vail Valley. Members share a stake in the outcome — not only financially, but in the kind of entrepreneurial culture this region becomes over the next decade.

"The Foundline Club is where Vail Preneur's most committed partners gather — not to watch from the sidelines, but to help carry the weight. If you are in this club, you earned your seat."

Access

Restricted to Affiliated
Mentor-Investors

The Foundline Club is a closed membership. Invitations are extended solely at the discretion of Vail Preneur leadership to individuals formally participating in the Mentor-Investor program.

There is no formal application. If you believe you are a fit and wish to start a conversation, reach out directly — we read every message.
